Overflowing - Water's crucial for my brain. To keep the old noodle purring at full throttle for the next 50 years, I'm spoiling it! Our brain's actually 80% water. Just think this amazing organ that we take for granted controls every process in our body. Control's maintained by constantly sending and receiving electrical signals throughout our nervous system, made up almost completely of water and minerals. And, interestingly, pure, clean water's the greatest energy booster of all! I've changed old habits to make water my drink of choice! That's why my glass is overflowing...European glass with style I love European glasses. I bought some made in Italy the other day and they really have class. Makes me feel classy as I drink oodles of water.
