Conflict

If you can approach conflict positively, it can:

• Improve the quality of decisions
• Stimulate involvement in the discussion
• Arouse creativity and imagination
• Facilitate employee growth
• Increase movement toward goals
• Create energetic climate
• Build more synergy and cohesion among teams
• Foster new ideas, alternatives, and solutions
• Test positions and beliefs
If conflict is approached negatively, it can:

• Be destructive and uncontrollable
• Create ineffective working groups
• Cause productivity to suffer
• Reduce the exchange of ideas and information
• Develop animosities
• Break down communication
• Diminish trust and support

I know what it takes to move on

There was a moment dat I felt very down in my life...I mean rili down..ok... But when I think about it...there is no point to feel so, because it will not change anything....not even make me feel better. When something beyond our expectation happened...for sure we will feel depressed and don't know wat to do... But for how long it should be like dat??

I've been in da situation dat I rili feel demotivate to carry on with life..I can't even think properly of what I rili want in life. But...before I decide any thing I will ensure dat I've consult as many "trusted" people as possible...to get their opinions...views...or advices regarding my situation.... They said " Malu Bertanya..Sesat Jalan"..and I do hold for it in my life.. I learned dat it is not dat easy to letting some1 else know ur situation or problem...but the more u keep it by urself da more it will cause u to think about it.

So sharing it with da people dat u trust will makes u a BIT...better I guess... Therefore I've learned to share it...let it go ...and to let it go will required us to accept da situation. At da same time to move on with our life

To move on is to let go the pass...Some people failed to let go their past, that's why the future can't promise anything for them.....

It is rili important for us to know what it takes to move on....find sumting...anything ...to gain strength to move on...

Also, moderate pain during sexual intercourse and vaginal discharge are symptoms of cervical cancer. In advanced disease, metastases may be present in the abdomen, lungs or elsewhere.
Symptoms of advanced cervical cancer may include: loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, pelvic pain, back pain, leg pain, single swollen leg, heavy bleeding from the vagina, leaking of urine or feces from the vagina and bone fractures.*

Sharpen da MEMORY

I easily forgetting my frens name and I rili feel awkward about it. How is dis possible it happend to me...I mean I'm still young...it just toooooo early to happend rite???

But I'm sure dat I'm not alone in my fears about memory LOSS.... Seriously speaking FORGETTING is part of a healthy memory. For thoseremember everything are facing a condition called Hyperthymestic Syndrome.

Information from Wikipedia ................Hyperthymesia also known as piking or hyperthymestic syndrome is a condition where the affected individual has a superior[1] autobiographical memory. "Thymesia" comes from the Greek word θύμησις, thymesis meaning "memory". As first described in a 2005 Neurocase article entitled "A case of unusual autobiographical remembering," the two defining characteristics of hyperthymesia are "1) the person spends an abnormally large amount of time thinking about his or her personal past, and 2) the person has an extraordinary capacity to recall specific events from his or her personal past".[2]
......

We need to make our brain active so dat we can improve opur memory ability.... like da body, our brain will gets flabby if we not keep it active....now u see wat i'm talking aboutt huh....? There are many reasons not to remembering. As we know memory requires periods of concentration to make sure da information will be keep in da brain and will be easily recall when it needed. Visual aids will be useful in order to help da brain to save information.

Boost brainpower:
  • MAKE A LIST
  • FOODS TO IMPROVE MEMORY
  • VISUALIZATION
  • MEMORY GAMES

Presentation

I personally enjoy my time during presentation in ma class. Some people will called it a big TROUBLE to be da chosen one to do it. Different people will have slightly different point of view about speaking in front of da class.

Anxious, Nervous and even Scare will be part of da way to do presentation for those who dislike it. Well seriously speak it's normal situation, I also used to HATE dis part of learning process. But when I thinked about it, I just lack of courage to do it. Lack of information about da topic could be one of da reason. If da presenter had a deep understanding about da topic to be presented, he/ she will have no problems to present it to others. Language will be da second element, but as long as people can understand what you trying to say it should be good enough. To use a bombastic is ok but you need to consider da audience as well. Who are da audience? Can they rili understand your bombastic English language? To reach your target group so that they can gained something from da presentation da presenter need to know da audience english level. Or da presenter will siok sendiri with da bombastic language.

Before I stand for my presentation I'll make sure dat I have a well information about the matter, so that I'll not dependent to my handouts all da way. I prefer to share what I've understand about it, so dat my fellow frens can grab something else not from da books. Plus they can read it by themselves. I will try my best to make my presentation as simple as possible, less wordings will before sure. For me personally, presentation is not da time for me to read it out for my frens...but to share what da important thing in dat topic. Contact with my audience will be da part dat I like da most. As I love talking, communicating with my fellow frens in front of da class will be da time I'm counting for. Btw, don't expect me to just stand still there, I will make sure dat all eyes on me at that moment...aiseh..tambirang tul...but it's true..believe me. .

In person, in rili believe in body language while presenting my topics. Here are somethings dat I want to share with you people;

1.) Voice, need to make sure dat people in da room can hear you clearly.

2.) We as da speaker need to respond Naturally to wat we Think, Feel and Say

3.) Feel free to Show, express or direct through movement. Make it convincing enough.

4.) While making a movement, make sure dat is smooth and well-timed

5.) Facial Expressions will help too.

6.) This is wat I like, Eye Contact; as it provide critical non-verbal elements in our presentation. I think eyes are da most powerful tool in communication.

7.) Ready with da material. As da speaker we need to know da topic well before we can talk about it with others. Lack of information will caused another TROUBLE, and show da audience dat speakers not ready.
