Mobile Devices to Generate Data Traffic Equivalent to 18 billion Movie Downloads by 2015





According to new figures from Juniper Research, the amount of mobile data traffic generated by Smartphones, Featurephones and Tablets will exceed 14,000 Petabytes by 2015, equivalent to 18 billion movie downloads or 3 trillion music tracks.

Yahoo Sell Delicious to YouTube Founders





Yahoo is selling off its delicious social bookmarking site, after nearly five years of ownership.


Technology startup AVOS, founded by YouTube founders, Chad Hurley and Steve Chen, is acquiring delicious for an undisclosed sum from Yahoo. Hurley and Chen sold YouTube to Google for $1.65 billion in October of 2006.
